Center right: Driver of damaged vehicle who stopped short to avoid the fuel truck (stopped in panel #3) accuses driver of following vehicle (in panel #5) of causing the collision which damaged his car. Bottom right: a man loading groceries tells policeman that he did not see the accident. Top left: woman who borrowed damaged car in center, possibly without permission (?) telephones the car's owner to explain. Far left: a piece of cloth comes loose on the fuel truck to reveal that it is carrying radioactive waste.
